Requesting Services
We value a collaborative process as we work with students to establish services. Please submit requests early enough to allow staff sufficient time to review the request and implement reasonable accommodations and services. Students can email AccessibilityResources@ColoradoCollege.edu with questions at any time and are welcome to complete the process in any order.
Students should follow the steps below to request disability-related accommodations:
1. Complete the form:- Students should use their CC email address to access the form. Incoming students who do not yet have a CC email address can use their personal email address.
- Students will receive a confirmation email once the form has been received.
- This form should be completed by the student requesting to receive services. Students needing assistance with completing the form may reach out to Accessibility Resources
- Documentation can be submitted electronically while completing the Request for Accommodations form.
- If students do not currently have access to their documentation, they can submit documentation via email, mail, or drop it off directly in the Accessibility Resources Office at a later time.
- Students are welcome to meet with Accessibility Resources, even if they do not currently have access to documentation.
3. Meet with Accessibility Resources:

Students should reach out to schedule a meeting with Accessibility Resources after they have successfully submitted the Request for Accommodations form. We look forward to meeting with you!
Fall Start First-Year and Transfer Students:

Fall start first-year and transfer students requesting accommodations are encouraged to connect with Accessibility Resources as early as possible after confirming enrollment to Â鶹ÊÓƵ.

Students requesting accommodations, including disability-related housing accommodations, should connect with Accessibility Resources by June 30.
Winter Start Students:

Winter Start students should connect with Accessibility Resources by November 1.
Please keep in mind that these are suggested dates—not deadlines—and students can submit a request for accommodations and services at any time!
