South Hall |
Please be advised that the South Hall elevator will be out of service for ongoing repairs due to damage caused by a water leak earlier this year on the 4th floor. We are currently awaiting the arrival of customized, manufactured parts necessary for the repairs, which will also include modernizing the elevator. The repair work is expected to continue until July 2025 as we replace the damaged components and bring the elevator up to current code standards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this essential maintenance. Thank you for your patience.

Please be advised that the CC Paint Shop will be painting the HR conference room in the Spencer Center on Friday, April 25 and Monday, April 28, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day. Please be advised that on Monday, April 28, AMS will be performing maintenance upgrades to the boiler system at the Yalich Center. The boiler will be shut down from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during this scheduled work. We anticipate little to no noticeable impact on the heating system during this time. Packard Hall reception area (between courtyard entrance and performance hall) |
Please be advised that from April 28 through May 1, there will be construction activity taking place in Packard Hall, specifically in the reception area between the courtyard entrance and the performance hall. The CC Construction Shop will be finishing the drywall on the ceiling. This will result in elevated noise levels, drywall dust, overhead work, paint fumes, and temporary obstacles in the area that may limit walking space. We encourage you to use alternative access points where possible and proceed with caution in and around the affected area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we complete these improvements.
